Mobile Marine Engineering, Electrical & Maintenance
Read what our clients have to say about us.
In a position as Boat Captain of a Salthouse 57 I searched for the best contractor to service our general engineering maintenance. A friend recommended “All Marine Services” who I duly engaged to rectify a malfunctioning Watermaker and subsequently the removal, servicing and refitting both shafts and propellers. Having met Kevin Duder and witnessed his work not only with the abovementioned but many other small jobs all of which cover the mechanical and electrical fields I have been most impressed. His professional approach and willingness can only be described as being of a very high standard. His general knowledge of the marine industry is very wide and after witnessing his research into the best components throughout our last major maintenance programme I can only recommend to any Owner or Owners representative to contact Kevin at All Marine Services for their maintenance programmes.
I will most certainly be referring you to other Boaties as your efficiency, speed and care for the customer was nothing short of outstanding.
To whom it may concern: Kevin began on Karima before I did 6 years ago. He was 24 years old and already a supervisor of the electrical company contracted for one of Karima’s many refits, that one lasting just under a year in New Zealand. I could see from the beginning Kevin was ambitious, adventurous and driven, he remains the same today. Whilst he was working for the contractor on board six years ago, Kevin approached me about the vacant 2nd Engineer’s position. I had known Kevin for several months at that stage and I knew how ideal he would be in that role. Kevin is the best Electrical Engineer I have seen whether he is compared to Yard workers or contractors. His initial background growing up around boats gave him a solid understanding of all facets of engineering. Kevin remained on board as a second Engineer for expanding his skills, only spending time away to study. He worked tirelessly on a vessel that demanded his time and he gave it willingly. Responsibilities came as a second nature and helped him guide others along the way. Once he had his Y2 it was an easy decision to promote him to rotational Chief with our other Chief who had been with us for about 3 years at the time. Kevin has always been very well organised and enjoys being a very hands on Engineer. He was the most popular crew member onboard for his willingness to help or teach others and always looking to have a laugh. Kevin continues to have everyone’s respect, including mine because he has earned it. I knew the time for Kevin to leave would come along but I would have preferred to be writing this reference in another couple of years. I hope we keep in touch as his will be an interesting story to hear. If Kevin has shown you his CV and his reference then you have found the CE who will be a great asset to your boat.
I have used All Marine Services for the past year to undertake a number of maintenance jobs on my boat. From installing new batteries and monitoring systems to general mechanical work and freezer repairs Kevin has been my go to guy. I have found him to be very knowledgeable – always reliable and I have never had to query an invoice. I have recommend him to a number of people who also now use his services.
I was recommended to engage the services of Kevin Duder, of All Marine Services, by a friend and I have further recommended him to others without hesitation. I have found Kevin to be extremely competent in all aspects of the services he provides. He has also been very accommodating in attending to urgent repairs, even when his schedule has been full. Kevin provides customer service with integrity and professionalism.
